范围控件(比例控件、滚动条控件)

这一章节介绍范围控件的一些基本函数的使用和实现,很多函数的细节,在GTK编程文档中有详细的介绍。我只是照抄了文档中的实例。当然生疏的部分自己也做了注释和理解。GTK文档链接在我的资源[里面可以下载](http://download.csdn.net/detail/jsh13417/6567043)
